Digital learning that supports behavior change.

Interactive digital modules for the CDC’s PreventT2 lifestyle change program — clinically proven to help people with prediabetes cut their risk of type 2 diabetes in half.

The challenge

How do you support real behavior change — not just deliver information?

PreventT2 works through gradual, lasting habit change — eating well, moving more, managing stress. The digital modules had to reinforce every in-person session with practical, mobile-friendly, accessible tools people would actually use in between.
